In  April 2006, I had a travel to Thailand.

Thailand is located in Southeast Asia;

It is in the torrid zone, and the weather is hot and humid.

Because of the warm weather,

there are all kinds of fruit in Thailand and each is delicious.

About the culture, Buddhism plays an important role of the Thai people in the daily life.

Buddhist monks are highly venerated for their life.

There are many Buddhist temples across the country and many of them are beautiful and special.

Pattaya.

This is Pattaya beach; We took about 2 hours from Bangkok to Pattaya. It is an internationally well-known seaside resort and a vibrant city night and day. We went to a island by boat and playing many amazing activities. There is a wonderful elephant show in the garden park, you can see elephants riding bicycle, draw pictures, dancing, playing football, and the elephants will coming into the audience to get bananas for their reward!

The Bridge over the River Kwai

The Bridge over the River Kwai is internationally famous because of the movie, The line was built by the Japanese during the world war 2, it was a strategical railway built between Thailand and Burma, and there were many people die, it was also called the death railway. Until now, The Death Railway is still be used.

Cabaret show

If you go to Thailand, you can not miss the cabaret show, You will be entertained with music, lip-sings, dances and various shows played by ladyboy. If you are unaware of, you cannot imagine that these ladboy were actually male from origin! They are more beautiful than lady.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

The Floating Market is a very impressive place for me.

The market is on the canal, aside the canal, we can see the traditional Thai houses, the way they live and travel is by boats.

In the market, you can see people use the old style and traditional way of selling and buying things from small boats. In floating market you can rent a boat to go around the canal. The boats go along the canals and you can ask your oarsman to stop to buy some stuff. If you want to go to the floating market, I suggest that you should go there early in the morning before 8 o'clock. Because if you go there later, there will be more tourists and more boats. We went on the boat at 7.00 in the morning. It was perfect at that time. This is a worthwhile trip.
